[Summary]

To sum up, I began my IT career at my current bank 20 years ago, I work very hard to become an IT specialist. I’ve always been interested and skilled at creating something from scratch. My experience helped me with organizing my thoughts logically. I love to share all the information I studied, then I've always enjoyed working with people and being engaged in problem-solving. I’m known for being a well-organized team leader. I’m a good communicator, multitasking at once, and Never miss deadlines. 

[My strengths and weaknesses]
I think leadership is my one of my top strengths. During my time as a team lead, I successfully merged two teams, constructed and conducted a training session for the team members, making sure everyone is confident with the new role they were heading into. The new team bought great success in the first year, and was better gradually.

My weakness is that I am an idealist. Every time I complete a job, I tend to think that it could be better and better. for example, one time I rode my motorcycle but I cannot stop thinking about a solution in my brain, then I had a motor crash. thanks to god. Finally, my auto bike was broken, but I was ok, so right now I usually take the MRT. It is a safer way for me.

[My biggest achievement]
thanks to my 20 years of banking experience, I think my biggest achievement is that I know what my team should do, and at the same time I also know what my team should not do. based on my past IT banking experience such as deposits, loans, remittance or credit card payment service , I always know the efficient way to enhance the whole services are stable or localized properly, based on the needs of Taiwan customers, and avoid all common causes of totally WRONG way system crashes.

[My career goal]
The career plan that I set for the coming year, as an IT lead, is to continue following the trend and future direction of the technology era, developing innovative and efficient ways to solve problems. And be able to use my positive and open-mind to integrate into the company culture. besides, I want to become a good partner who is willing to listen and communicate, as to find the most efficient way of cooperation. Finally, I plan to pick up a management related skill or tool every quarter this year, to accumulate experience and take more management responsibilities, in the hope to become a great IT lead in the future.

- Implemented API design pattern, including multithread Restful and micro-service , understanding cloud platform design , such as Azure , GCP, and Oracle Cloud, Docker,k8s and System Tuning, Scalability, Load Balancing, High Availability, High Throughput/Low Latency.
